Biggest Guilty Pleasure: Fringe- it’s all over my wardrobe. I have it on shirts, shoes, purses, and even earrings! If I see fringe, I can’t pass it up.
A Perfect Day Would Be: On my perfect day, I would get to be with my family and friends. We would float the river all day then barbecue for dinner. The night would end with a campfire and cooking s’mores!

Recently, The Houston Texans in partnership with Houston Methodist and GE wrapped up the off-season Play Safe program with the 2016 Play Safe Sports Medicine Summit. The Play Safe Platform also features the Mom’s Clinic and Play Safe Clinics which are designed to educate and communicate the message of safety in football along with proper fundamentals to youth athletes, parents and athletic trainers. The Play Safe Sports Medicine Summit featured over 160 Athletic Trainers in attendance providing support to over 350 schools, impacting over 125,000 Student Athletes.
