The Houston Texans Speaker’s Bureau will handle a limited number of requests from businesses, civic and community groups seeking speakers for luncheons, meetings or other planned events. If you are interested in having Texan personnel as a speaker for your event, click here. Please review the following policy for speaker requests:
- All requests should be submitted in writing via email on official company/agency letterhead
- Name of Non-Profit Group/Agency
- Event/Agency Contact, Address & Phone Number
- Date, Time & Location of Event/Appearance
- Specific details about what is expected of the speaker (i.e. date, location, length of presentation)
- Requests must be submitted 4-6 weeks prior to event
- Appearances will be limited to Houston and surrounding areas
- Driving Directions from Reliant Stadium
The Texans will honor one request per year for each organization. A team representative will notify you on the availability of a speaker, two weeks prior to your event.
