DONATE YOUR UNUSED TICKETS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

 

The Houston Texans encourage you to participate in our charitable ticket program with the Houston Texans Foundation. Cheering Children Ticket Donation Program provides an opportunity for season ticket holders to release unused game tickets, which are then donated to the underprivileged youth who are directly served by the Houston Texans YMCA. Click here to find out more about the Houston Texans YMCA.

Log in to your Go Texans Season Ticket Account Manager here and follow the steps below:

  • Enter your Account ID
  • Then PIN Number
  • Click the second arrow
  • Select “E-mail Your Tickets"
  • Select “Get Started”
  • First Name: Houston Texans Last Name: Foundation

If you need help accessing your account manager, please call 832-667-2002.

The online Ticket Donation Program is quick, easy and inexpensive. This secure method allows you the opportunity to donate your tickets from the convenience of your personal computer with no additional charge.

You can also donate your tickets by filling out the Ticket Donation Form and faxing it to the Ticketing Department. Click here to fill out the form. 

 

***Ticket Donations should be received by 2 p.m. on the Friday prior to the game***

For more information or help with donating your tickets to the Cheering Children Ticket Donation Program, please call the Ticketing Department at 832.667.2002 or e-mail cheeringchildren@houstontexans.com. 

PLEASE NOTE: Thank you/ tax receipt letters, which will include your total donation amount, will be sent to you within 30 business days following game to which the tickets were donated.
