Texans Community Spirit
Battle Red Stampede

The Battle Red Stampede is comprised of community members dedicated to working Texans games and other events for the Texans Marketing Department. If you are interested in becoming a member or for more information, visit the Texans employment section at HoustonTexans.com.

Bull Pen

The Houston Texans Bull Pen is comprised of Texans fans leading cheers for the rest of NRG Stadium to support the Houston Texans. Fans are dressed in spirited Texans outfits and many paint their faces prior to each game. The Bull Pen is located on Field Level in the north end zone of NRG Stadium.

Bull Pen Pep Band

The Bull Pen Pep Band adds a lot of excitement to Texans gameday by providing great music and fun for all ages. They perform throughout the Jiffy Lube Parking Lots at NRG Park and in the Lone Star Club, the Cuervo Cantina, and Budweiser Plaza prior to the game. They perform in-Stadium throughout the game, during the 5th Quarter immediately following the game, and then in the Lone Star Club.

Cheerleaders

Hispanic Outreach

The Houston Texans have created many Hispanic Outreach initiatives throughout the year. These include Spanish radio and television broadcasts, grassroots events and partnerships with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic business community and media outlets. Houston Texans Foundation

The Houston Texans Foundation is a public foundation that was established in November 2001 and is committed to encouraging and enabling all youth and families in Houston and the surrounding area to reach their full potential by administering programs that develop strong minds and bodies, with an emphasis on leadership, integrity and character. Robert and Janice McNair Foundation

The Robert and Janice McNair Foundation was established in 1988 as a private foundation exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes. It focuses most of its attention on organizations and programs which are addressing needs in the field of education, neighborhood renewal, value and character development, religion, basic human needs, medical and cultural arts. It emphasizes pro-active participation in collaborative and comprehensive community and school reform efforts, especially in the HISD Reagan/Heights and Yates "feeder school patterns."

Texans Special Events

TORO, Official Mascot

Youth Football

The Texans have created an extensive youth football outreach to grow the participation of youth in football. Programs include Youth Football Camps, Quarterback and Kicking Camps, Youth Coaching Clinic, NFL Flag, Punt, Pass & Kick, Gatorade Junior Training Camp, Junior and High School Player Development, Coaching Academy and High School Coach of the Week.
