The Spirit of Service program was created to recognize employees who are going above and beyond to provide excellent service to our guests. Winners receive a letter of recognition signed by Mr. McNair awarded in front of their peers, a silver pin and various Texans’ merchandise. The grand prize winner at the end of the year wins 2 round trip airline tickets!
