At what age are children required to have a ticket?
All children two years and older need a ticket to attend the game.
Since I don't have a parking pass, what are my options?
Metro Rail stops. Fannin at 610 behind Sam's Club is the closest.
What time do gates open?
1.5 hours before kickoff.
Is the roof going to be closed or open?

How can I buy tickets to an away game?
You will need to contact the opposing team's ticket office to purchase tickets for the game being played in their venue. Visit the opposing team's website for their team's ticket information. To learn more about the Texans' fan travel program, click here.
Where or when are players available for autograph signings?
The players do not have a designated autograph signing before or after the game. We recommend visiting our website frequently to determine when and where Texans events will be held and if players will be present. Here is a link to our events calendar.

What is your policy regarding cameras? Are they OK to bring in to the game?
You are welcome to bring small flash photography cameras into Reliant Stadium, but no professional lenses or lenses over 12” are permitted. Video cameras and audio recorders are not allowed.
Where can I get a list of the stadium music played during pregame and at kickoff?

How can I get a ticket for tailgating or how can I get in for tailgating?
Please purchase a parking pass from Ticketmaster.
Can I get into the stadium with a Canon DC40 videocamera?
No video cameras are allowed inside Reliant Stadium during Texans games.
How would I go about getting a message on the videoboard during a Houston Texans home game?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of requests we receive and that we cover the entire game live, we do not run any type of messages on the Video Board.
What is the earliest time ticket holders can enter the stadium before the game? What time do the teams start their "warm-ups"?
Teams typically start warming up approximately an 90 minutes before kickoff.
Do you provide Wi-Fi Internet access in the blue parking lot during tailgating?
No.
What's the capacity of Reliant Stadium for a football game?
The capacity for Reliant Stadium is 71,054.
How early can we enter the stadium for the games?
Premium gates open two hours before kickoff and Main Stadium gates open an 90 minutes before kickoff.
As a season ticket holder, how do I get the opportunity to walk on the field before game time? And how do I register for the first time in my seat for the opportunity for free airline tickets?
Unfortunately, the general public is not allowed on the field at any time. The Houston Texans Early Arrival Sweepstakes awards fans who arrive at the game early for a chance to win tickets from Continental Airlines. To win, your game ticket must be scanned 30 minutes prior to kickoff and you must be in your seats at the time of the drawing. The winners are announced during the game and shown on the Video Board.
Are summer tours of the Stadium offered?
Tours of Reliant Stadium are given Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (departing every 2 hours), and leave from the Verizon Wireless East Club lobby. Some dates are cancelled due to events so please call 832.667.1842 and make a reservation.
