A pair of draft picks signed with the Texans on Tuesday afternoon.

The Houston Texans have signed second-round S D.J. Swearinger and third-round T Brennan Williams, the team announced today. All nine members of Houston’s 2013 draft class are now under contract with training camp beginning on Friday, July 26.

Swearinger (5-10, 207) was taken with the 57th overall pick and the 25th pick of the second round. He closed out a stellar career at South Carolina with a second-team All-Southeastern Conference selection after recording 79 tackles, two interceptions, seven pass breakups, two fumbles and two fumble recoveries for the nation’s second-ranked defense. As a junior in 2011, Swearinger recorded career highs with 80 tackles and three interceptions. He finished his career with 244 tackles, six interceptions and four forced fumbles in 52 games, including 33 starts.

Williams (6-6, 314) was selected with the 89th overall pick out of North Carolina. He started 22-of-37 games in which he played for the Tar Heels at right tackle and earned honorable mention All-ACC accolades as a senior.
