"Obviously he's very sore, and beat up," Kubiak said. "The leg, ankle, everywhere. So we'll have to see where he's at. We probably got a little bit lucky there."
Schaub went down in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Rams when he was sacked by defensive end Chris Long. He limped off the field, was worked on at the trainer's table and jogged around on the sideline. A few moments later he left the field. Backup
"We're trying to evaluate his health right now," Kubiak said.
Schaub completed 15 of 21 passes for 186 yards, was sacked three times and didn't throw a touchdown or interception.
"I thought he played better yesterday," Kubiak said of Schaub's performance. "He moved the football, moved the team. I thought he was doing things much better yesterday."
Schaub has started every regular season game since Week 1 of the 2012 campaign.
