The Texans traveled to New England on Sunday in style – high school style.
Just about every single player wore a custom-made Texans letterman jacket as the team flew from Houston to New England in the morning. Most players paired the jackets with white button-down shirts, ties and khaki pants.

Texans coach Gary Kubiak told the media on Saturday that he would let the players wear the jackets, joking that "they'll do anything to get out of a suit” – their normal road trip attire.
The letterman jackets are Deep Steel Blue with a large Texans logo over the left breast. The jackets feature each player’s number and position group in white letters with red outline on the right sleeve, just above the elbow. Texans left tackle ![]()
