The Weekend Warehouse

Posted Jul 28, 2014

Reviewing the top videos from the first weekend of Texans training camp.

The 2014 Texans training camp has finished its first weekend, the team now 13 days away from its first preseason game.

News has been abundant during this short time period, as media and fans are going through the process of getting to know the Bill O'Brien led version of the Houston Texans.

During this weekend's practices, HoustonTexans.com produced 22 different videos, ranging from highlight shows to player interviews. Didn't catch it all?

Not to worry. Below we've highlighted 10 videos, a collection that will catch you up with most everything that happened at NRG Stadium this past weekend.

Andre Returns
The biggest story coming into training camp revolved around the franchise's greatest player, Andre Johnson. Will he or won't he was the question on everyone's minds as players reported on Friday. Johnson did arrive and took some time to talk about his thought process.

Forgot About Dre
With all the hoopla surrounding Andre Johnson reporting to camp, the focus changed to how the future Hall of Famer would fit into Bill O'Brien's offense. John Harris...take it away.

Commitment
Duane Brown talked about the team's commitment to the new coaching staff, and how they can help the team improve in 2014.

Welcome Back
While not exactly your normal HT.com video, this 'Welcome Back' montage was a perfect introduction to training camp.

First Look
This was the first chance to see the 2014 Texans squad on the field.

Clowney Returns
The number one overall pick, who is recovering from a recent sports hernia surgery, took the field at the start of training camp.

Hopkins and Graham Speak
Two key cogs in the Texans passing attack, DeAndre Hopkins and Garrett Graham, shared some thoughts on adapting to a new system.

Bill O'Brien Mic'd Up
While not from training camp, this video is a behind the scenes look at how the new Texans head coach interacts with players during practice. A must see for fans.

Welcome to Houston
As any Houstonian can tell you, July in the city gets warm. O'Brien doesn't seem to care.

Ready For Pads
The Texans haven't put on the pads yet, but will do so today. J.J. Watt can't wait.
