CAREER: Physical, rangy cornerback who led the Texans in interceptions as a rookie…was the second Texans rookie to lead the team in interceptions, following CB Dunta Robinson, who had six in 2004…has appeared in 30 career games for the Texans, starting 14…has 96 career tackles, five interceptions, 23 passes defensed and four forced fumbles.

Played in 48 career games at South Carolina, starting 34, and finished with 108 tackles (83 solos), nine interceptions, 24 pass deflections, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery…played both cornerback and safety during his career…two-time All- Southeastern Conference selection…named a defensive captain as a senior in 2006…tutored by Texans 2004 first-round pick CB Dunta Robinson during his freshman season at South Carolina.
