CAREER: Fleet-footed veteran corner who enters his second season with the Texans…has appeared in 76 career games with 30 starts in five seasons…turned in the best season of his career in 2008, picking off a career-high four passes, scoring the first touchdown of his career and batting down a career-best 19 passes…career defensive totals include 134 tackles, 118 solo tackles, five interceptions, 39 passes defensed, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries…returned 13 career kickoffs, all as a rookie, for 199 yards, with a long return of 27 yards.

Giants (9/9) and recorded his first-career interception, which he returned 18 yards, and deflected two other pass attempts…recorded a career-high six tackles (five solos) and a pass defensed at Chicago (9/23)…recorded six stops (five solos) and two passes defensed vs. St. Louis (9/30)…recorded six tackles (five solos) at the N.Y. 2006 (Dallas 13/0):
Played in 13 regular season games and in the Cowboys' Wild Card Playoff loss at Seattle, which was his first career playoff game…finished sixth on the team with 13 special teams tackles…led the Cowboys with three special teams tackles on kickoff coverage at Tennessee (10/1)…forced a fumble on punt coverage at Carolina (10/29)…tied for the team lead with two special teams tackles on kickoff coverage in a win over previously undefeated Indianapolis (11/19)…dislocated his left elbow in the first quarter of the playoff-clinching win at Atlanta (12/16) and did not return.

2005 (Dallas 16/0): Finished with 11 tackles and four passes defensed…also ranked seventh on the team with nine special teams stops and made the team's only fumble recovery on special teams…led the team with a career-high four special teams tackles at Oakland (10/2)…recovered a muffed punt at the Seahawks nine-yard line at Seattle (10/23)…saw action as the nickel corner at Philadelphia (11/14) and recorded two tackles and two passes defensed…notched a season-high four tackles on defense and one special teams stop at Washington (12/18).

2004 (Dallas 15/1): Played in 15 games as a rookie, making 14 tackles, four pass deflections, and a fumble recovery on defense…also made six tackles and 13 kickoff returns for 199 yards on special teams…made his first career start against the New York Giants (10/10) and tied for third on the team with five tackles...also broke up a pass and recovered a fumble…closed the season at the New York Giants (1/2/05) with a season-high three kickoff returns.

Played in every game during his career at Purdue, making 140 tackles, 17 pass deflections, seven interceptions, four forced fumbles, two tackles for a loss, and two fumble recoveries…made nine pass deflections, two interceptions, one sack, and a career-high 64 tackles…became a full-time starter as a junior and tied for the team lead with three interceptions…also made 33 tackles, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery…also competed on the track team at Purdue as a sprinter, competing in the 60, 100 and 200 meters…criminal justice major.
