CAREER: Shifty corner attempting to make an NFL roster…former fourth-round pick of the Detroit Lions…has spent time on five different NFL practice squads.

2008: Spent time on the practice squads of the Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texans.

2007: Originally was a fourth-round draft choice by Detroit and spent the first week of the regular season on the Lions' practice squad…waived by Detroit and signed by the Cleveland Browns to the practice squad on Sept. 14…spent the final 16 weeks of the regular season on the Browns' practice squad.

Played in 46 career games, including 23 starts, during his career at North Carolina State…totaled 135 tackles, 104 solo, with 1.5 sacks for seven yards and five tackles for loss…tied for sixth on the school's list with 30 passes defensed and added four interceptions for 111 yards…also added nine tackles on special teams and returned seven kickoffs for 130 yards…let¬tered twice on the track team…competed in the long jump at two indoor meets in 2005, with a leap of 22-11 for fourth place at the Clemson Invitational…competed at the 2004 ACC Indoor and Outdoor Championships, where he finished fourth in the indoor long jump (23-8.25), fourth in the indoor high jump (6-9), third in the outdoor long jump (24-0.25) and seventh in the outdoor high jump (6-6)…started and played in 10 games in 2006 and led the team with nine passes defensed and added 34 tackles, including 21 solo…moved into the starting lineup at left corner in 2005 and had a career-high 55 tackles, 41 solo, with one sack for five yards, 1.5 tackles for loss and two interceptions for 46 yards…ranked second on the team with 10 passes defensed…named the team's most dependable cornerback in 2004 and totaled 34 tackles, two tackles for loss and six passes defensed…appeared in 13 games as a freshman in 2003 and finished second on the club with nine passes defensed and two interceptions for 65 yards…was redshirted in 2002…majored in communications.
