• Went from scout team player out of high school to senior team captain.
• Played every position on the offensive line including tight end during his career.
• Started 10-of-13 games in ’09 — the first two games at left guard and the final eight at right guard
• Earned a scholarship in ’08 when he played all 13 games, starting three at left guard, and saw action inside and outside.
• Appeared in 10 games in ’07 — was a reserve lineman, changing his jersey number to No. 84 midway through the season when he was used as a blocking tight end.
