• Broke the school record for field goals in a game by drilling five against SMU
• Had kicks from 57 (vs. Louisiana Tech to tie the school record) and 56 (vs. SMU), making him the first kicker in conference history to have two kicks from 55 yards or better in a season
• Held opponents to only 27 kickoff returns, thanks to 49 touchbacks on 80 kickoffs

• Groza Award semifinalist who tied the Owls season record with a career-high 17 field goals in 2011
• Converted 17 of 21 field goals on the season (.810), with two misses coming from 50-plus yards
• First team All C-USA by Rivals.com, second team by Phil Steele and Honorable Mention selection by C-USA coaches
• Averaged 63.1 yards on 59 kickoffs and doubled the Owls’ touchbacks from 2010 (14)
• Tied for the national lead with three field goals of better than 50

2010
• Earned All-Freshman honors from league coaches after taking over the starting job
• Set a Rice freshman kick-scoring record, finishing with 74 points
• Tied for seventh in C-USA, tied for 73rd in the nation with 11 field goals in 12 games
• Converted a field goal in six consecutive games, the longest streak by an Owl since Sammy Hartman did it in 1989
• Tied the school record by kicking four field goals in the Owls’ 32-31 win against North Texas

• Four-time, All-District 5-5A for Coach Tony Baccarini at Keller Fossil Ridge
• Converted on 39 of 43 field goals in his career and was perfect on 172 career PAT attempts

• Selected to play in the 2009 US Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio
