How can I buy individual game tickets?
Contact TicketMaster at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 713-629-3700 and they will assist you in purchasing single game tickets. Individual tickets will be available only through Ticketmaster.
How can I buy ADA seats?
You can contact the Houston Texans ticket office at 832-667-2002, option 1 for assistance in buying ADA seats.
How can I buy tickets to an away game?
You will need to contact the opposing team's ticket office to purchase tickets for the game being played in their venue. Visit the opposing team's website for their team's ticket information.
Is there an age limit for entrance into the stadium without purchasing a ticket?
Yes, all children two years and older need a ticket to attend the game.
I do not have a parking pass to attend Texans games. What are my options?
METRORail is a transportation option for Texans games. Trains run every 12 minutes and the cost of riding the train is only $1 each way. For complete information on schedules, parking areas and buying tickets, please visit www.ridemetro.org.
What do I need to do if my address or contact information has changed?
An 'Address Change Form' found on the website should be filled out and signed by the account holder and faxed to the Houston Texans ticket office at 832-667-2191 in order for the information to be changed. You can also update your profile in your account on the Go Texans! Online Account Manager .
What if I have questions regarding my PSL contract?
Contact the Houston Texans ticket office at 832-667-2002, option 1 for inquiries regarding your PSL contract.
How do I buy tickets to Reliant Stadium events other than Houston Texans football games?
You can call Reliant Park at 832-667-1400 for information regarding tickets for other events at Reliant Stadium or by visiting their website at www.ReliantPark.com .
Can season ticket holders/PSL holders purchase playoff tickets?
PSL Holders should consult their PSL agreement for specific guidelines regarding playoff tickets. Season ticket holders are eligible to purchase playoff tickets for any Houston Texans home playoff game. If it appears that the Texans may host a post-season game, and the NFL grants permission, invoices will then be mailed to season ticket holders. In accordance with the NFL procedures, invoices will reflect two possible home games. Unused portions of playoff payments will either be refunded or applied toward future season ticket payments.
Where can I mail my payment?
Season ticket payments can be mailed to the Houston Texans at P.O. Box 4898, Department 2002, Houston, TX 77210. Checks must be made out to the Houston Texans.

Are group ticket packages available to purchase?
Group ticket packages for 10 or more guests are available. Please call the Houston Texans ticket office to find out more information at 832-667-2002, option 2. Limited availability for some games.
Is tailgating allowed in the parking lots?

Will there be a will call booth available?
The Texans Will Call is located on the South side of Reliant Stadium just inside Budweiser Plaza. Windows will open 2 hours prior to kick-off and remain open until halftime. Picture identification is required to pick up tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the envelope. The Texans do not accept any third party will call.
How do I transfer my PSL seats to another party?
Begin by completing our PSL Transfer Request Form (Club seat form) and return by mail to Houston Texans, Attn: PSL Transfer Requests, Two Reliant Park, Houston, TX 77054 or by fax to (832) 667-2191.

While attending a game I noticed that my seat is broken. What can I do to get the seat fixed?
During the game, please report the damage to a Guest Services Information Booth, or after the game, please email guestservices@reliantpark.com with your section, row and seat number.
Do you offer discounted rates for tickets for children?
No, we do not offer discounted tickets to children.
Do you have to have a parking pass for the lot you wish to meet people to tailgate? In other words, is it possible to purchase a yellow parking pass and then walk over to meet your planned party in the blue parking lot?
Yes, fans are allowed to meet friends in other parking lots without having a parking pass for that lot.
How big are the parking spaces?
The parking spaces in the lots are eight feet wide by 18 feet long.
I have a one-year old and was wondering if I can bring in a small stroller?
Yes, you are allowed to do that. Please check in the stroller at a customer service booth.
Are there any cash parking lots and if so where are they located or do you have to have a parking pass?
There are no cash parking lots.
I have lost my tickets. Is there any way to get them reprinted?

Can one only pick up Will Call tickets on the day of the game?Thanks!
Fans are able to pick up their tickets at Will Call starting the week before the game. Please call 866.GOTEXANS to confirm your tickets are located at Will Call.
I currently have two season tickets and was wondering if I can add two seats and if so, what is the process?
There will be an add-on form included with your 2008 season ticket package.
My son is three years old. Do I have to purchase a ticket for him as well?
Yes, any child over 24 months old needs a ticket to enter the game.
If tickets are lost, can they be replaced? If so, what do I need to do?
Please contact a Houston Texans Ticket Office representative at 866.GOTEXANS to obtain and submit a lost ticket form to have your tickets reprinted. Please note that there will be a lost ticket fee of $15 per ticket.
When will single-game tickets for the 2008 season go on sale?
We currently do not have an exact date for when the 2008 individual game day tickets will go on sale, but it will be sometime in the middle of July. When we determine the exact on-sale date we will post it on our website at www.HoustonTexans.com.
