Parking and Tailgating Code of Conduct Every effort is made to create a fan friendly environment that is safe for all to enjoy. Our fans play a large role in this. In order to maintain a safe and fun environment the Texans ask that all fans follow the Reliant Park staff. They are there to assist you and make parking safe and fun for everyone. Those who do not adhere to the parking guidelines and/or participate in activities that create an unsafe environment will be held responsible. Parking passes, like your tickets, can be traced back to your season ticket account. Conduct in the parking lots falls under the Houston Texans Two Strike Program located in the Reliant Stadium Policies and Procedures portion of the fan guide. Tailgate Times For the safety of yourself and others, please note the following tailgating guidelines: Parking lots will openfour hours prior to kickoff. Please observe and obey the parking attendants and police when parking your vehicle. Parking is first come/first served; saving of spots will not be allowed. Tailgating will be limited to the parking spot and space directly behind or in front of each vehicle, whichever is adjacent to the drive lane, but not blocking the lane. You may not tailgate beyond the blue lines marking the drive lane. Each valid parking hangtag is good for one 8' x 16' parking spot. Your parking permit does not grant the holder any right to display advertising, banners or signs or to distribute promotional items at the designated parking lot or elsewhere on the Reliant Park grounds. RVs will need to purchase a minimum of two parking spots and need to park in designated RV areas in each lot. Barbeques in tow will need an additional hangtag. Open flames are allowed but guests must extinguish flames before entering Reliant Stadium. Ash containers, trash containers and port-o-lets are located in each lot. Guests are asked to please dispose of hot coals and any trash prior to entering Reliant Stadium. For safety purposes, all tents, chairs, etc. must be put away prior to kickoff. Large balloons will no longer be permitted as decoration. The use of golf carts, scooters is strictly prohibited. Reliant Park will conform to all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission laws, including the section that prohibits the public consumption of alcoholic beverages outside of licensed areas on Sundays prior to 10:00 a.m. Violation of state law could result in arrest or citation. The Houston Texans urge you to drink responsibly and never drink and drive. You must park as directed by the parking attendants. Vehicles will be parked systematically, stall by stall, row by row, regardless of the occupancy status of the lot. Failure to park as directed can result in termination of your parking privileges. Blocking or saving parking spaces is prohibited. Fans who wish to tailgate together must arrive together. ADAPHG Handicap parking can be sold on a game by game basis. We are restricted to a certain number of spots to sale and can be obtained through the ticket office. ADA drop off locations, in the event you do not have parking, can be located at the N/E of stadium and S/E of stadium. MetroRail Houston's new light rail system serves Reliant Stadium and we encourage fans to use this new option for Texans games. Trains run every 12 minutes and the cost of riding is only $1.
