In AFC South news, the 0-6 Tennessee Titans are expected to name Vince Young their starting quarterback for this week's game against the 3-3 Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt, who did an excellent interview with me for HoustonTexans.com before the Texans-Titans Week 2 game, cites sources familiar with the situation in saying the Titans coach Jeff Fisher will make the announcement later this afternoon.
Young, the third overall pick in the 2006 draft, last started a game in the 2008 season opener against, incidentally, the Jaguars.
