Texans claim DE Sprinkle, move WR Carter to active roster

The Houston Texans claimed DE Tracy Sprinkle off waivers from the Cleveland Browns.

The Houston Texans moved WR DeAndre Carter from the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list to the active roster after passing his physical.

The Houston Texans waived-injured OLB Chris Landrum.
