The Houston Texans signed free agent CB Cornell Armstrong and free agent TE Logan Paulsen.

The Houston Texans released T Matt Kalil.

The Houston Texans placed TE Jordan Thomas and TE Kahale Warring on the Reserve/Injured list.

The Houston Texans signed ILB Tyrell Adams, S Austin Exford, RB Karan Higdon Jr., DE Albert Huggins, S Chris Johnson, T Rick Leonard, QB Alex McGough, WR Steven Mitchell Jr., OLB Wyatt Ray and WR Vyncint Smith to the practice squad.
