General manager/Head coach Bill O'Brien and associate head coach Romeo Crennel were both assistant coaches in New England. O'Brien was with the Patriots from 2007-2011, while Crennel was there from 1993-96, and then again from 2001-2004.

Executive vice president, football operations Jack Easterby worked for the Patriots from 2013-2018.

Coaching intern Sammy Morris was a running back for New England from 2007-2011.
