When it comes to striving toward doing great things for Houston and creating memorable experiences, the Houston Texans organization is consistently and passionately eager to look outside the NRG Stadium grounds and straight into the local Houston community.

With Houston being a hub for cancer research, the military, survivors of Hurricane Harvey - just to name a few - the Houston Texans pulled up their sleeves this year and were ready to give back bigger and better than ever.

To name a few, within the past 365 days, the Houston Texans have:
- Donated more than $3 million to Hurricane Harvey relief through United Way
- Donated over $10,000 to Houston Independent School District toward literacy programs through the Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award
- Hosted over 20 breast cancer survivors to dance on-field at halftime during Pink Ribbon Day with the Houston Texans Cheerleaders and Icona Pop
- Helped break ground on cancer center, Hope Lodge Houston with the American Cancer Society alongside donating more than $5 million with the McNair Foundation
- Inspired over 51,000 students to improve their math skills through the Houston Texans Stats Challenge presented by Schlumberger
- Hosted 200 military members to an annual barbecue and meet and greet with the Houston Texans
- Gifted 50 kids from the Houston Texans YMCA with Christmas gifts, courtesy of the Lady Texans
- Raised $147,000 for hunger relief alongside Whataburger
- Donated over 240 autographed Texans merchandise to local nonprofits
