1. WHAT IS STAFF DRAFT?

Join Our Team! Be a part of our Houston Texans and Lone Star Sports & Entertainment event and gameday experience! Staff Draft is our annual job fair hosted prior to the upcoming football season. Part-time gameday positions will be available for application. Register to attend the event, apply online in advance with the company you are interested in and come join us on June 28th in person at NRG Stadium!

2. WHAT JOB OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

This year we have part-time gameday positions available, including jobs with flex scheduling. Majority of these jobs are fan-facing, however, there are behind-the-scenes positions as well. There is something for everyone! We recommend visiting each company's website online to learn more and find the best position for you!

3. DO INTERVIEWS TAKE PLACE AT STAFF DRAFT?

Interviews are based on a first came, first serve basis after you apply online. We recommend applying prior to Staff Draft on June 28th. Select your preferred interview time when registering and Human Resources representatives or hiring managers will be available on event day to set up an interview if your skills and experience match their available position requirements.

4. WHAT IS EACH COMPANY LOOKING FOR IN POTENTIAL APPLICANTS?

The goal of this event is to offer employment opportunities within the local community and find candidates who are teamwork driven, have positive attitudes, display outstanding customer service skills and are excited to be a part of the Texans gameday experience!

5. DO ANY COMPANIES REQUIRE A RESUME?

Resumes are not required for application. However, there may be an option to upload a copy of a resume depending on the position the applicant is applying for.

6. CAN I FILL OUT AN APPLICATION IN-PERSDN OR DOES IT NEED TO BE COMPLETED ONLINE?

Each company has an online application form that must be completed and submitted digitally. We recommend completing your application online prior to attending Staff Draft an June 28th at NRG Stadium.
