- All donation requests must be submitted online. Written or phone requests are not accepted.
- The online donation form must be filled out completely in order for your organization's request to be considered.
- Please allow 6 (six) weeks processing time for donations.
- Charitable contributions will only be granted to organizations with 501(c) (3) status. No third party requests. The tax exempt ID number must be correct on the online form.
- Organizations may only submit one request per year.
- Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the Houston Texans have established a statewide-only policy for donations of Texans memorabilia with priority to Houston, Central and South Texas. Out of state requests will not be fulfilled.
- Requests must include a return shipping label or FedEx Third party billing information to be mailed out. If not, solicitor must arrange for pick up on a designated Wednesday between 2:00-5:00PM.
- No items will be sent to a P.O. Box address.
