Filming and casting

Important filming noticeThe Event may be filmed, photographed, and audio recorded for a behind-the-scenes, documentary-style audiovisual project that may be developed as one or more series, episodes, specials, pilots, television productions, or streaming productions (collectively, the "Production"). Cameras may capture participants in crowd shots, background footage, wide shots, public areas, football practice, interviews, and other Event activities.

Registration cannot be completed until a selection is made.Option A // General and background filming consentI acknowledge that filming, photography, and audio recording may occur at the Event. I consent to the incidental, general, or background capture and use of my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, actions, and statements in the Recordings and the Production, including crowd shots, background footage, wide shots, public areas, and customary Event footage. I understand that I am not promised a featured role or inclusion in the final Production.Option B // No filming consent / do not consider for castingI do not consent to being intentionally interviewed, featured, photographed, filmed, or audio recorded, and I do not want to be considered for casting. I understand that cameras will be present throughout the Event and that I may nevertheless be inadvertently or incidentally captured. If that occurs, Producers will use commercially reasonable efforts consistent with customary legal-clearance standards to remove, crop, obscure, or blur my identifiable image or likeness and, where reasonably practicable, omit or alter identifiable audio before use in the Production. I agree to notify designated Event or Production personnel if I have concerns regarding camera placement or incidental capture.

Main cast / featured participant interest (optional)

Casting interest and contact authorization. I am interested in being considered for a principal, featured, or main cast role in the Production. I authorize Houston NFL Holdings, L.P., d/b/a Houston Texans (the "Team") to disclose to ANC Sports and Entertainment, LLC o/b/o Stephen Austin and Dan Bernard (collectively, "Producers"), Balboa Productions, the selected buyer, distributor, production entity or production company, and their respective authorized production partners, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Authorized Production Parties") the registration information, contact information, backstory responses, photographs, video submissions, and other casting-related materials that I voluntarily provide. I further consent to being contacted by the Team, Producers, the film or production company, or another Authorized Production Party by email, telephone, or text message solely regarding potential casting, interviews, auditions, background information, scheduling, and participation in the Production. Checking this box does not guarantee that I will be contacted, cast, filmed, or included in the Production.Optional. Select only if interested.

I authorize Producers and the Authorized Production Parties to film, photograph, and make still and motion pictures and soundtrack recordings of me at or in connection with the Event, subject to my selections above.2. Use of Recordings. I authorize Producers and their licensees, successors, and assigns to edit, alter, reproduce, exhibit, display, televise, broadcast, distribute, advertise, market, promote, and otherwise use the resulting photographs, images, recordings, videotape, film, voice recordings, and other audiovisual materials (collectively, the "Recordings"), in whole or in part, an unlimited number of times, in any media now known or later developed, throughout the world, solely in connection with the development, production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, marketing, promotion, and exploitation of the Production and customary materials relating to it.3. Editorial Discretion; No Guarantee. I understand that the Recordings may be edited, combined with other materials, cropped, resized, color corrected, captioned, or otherwise treated in customary post-production, and that Producers have no obligation to use the Recordings or include me in the Production.4. No Compensation. I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, residuals, or other payment for the permissions granted in this form unless a separate written agreement signed by me (or, if I am a Minor, my parent or legal guardian) expressly provides otherwise.5. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the Team, Producers, the Authorized Production Parties, their buyers, distributors, licensees, successors and assigns, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from the authorized use of the Recordings, including claims based on privacy, publicity, or approval of the finished Production, except for claims arising from use outside the permissions granted in this form or from gross negligence or willful misconduct.6. Acknowledgment. I have read this form, understand my selections, and understand that I may ask questions before signing. I represent that the information I provide is accurate and that I have authority to grant the permissions selected.Casting limitation. No casting-related information may be provided to or used by a third party for outreach unless the Team has authorized the disclosure and the applicable production arrangements are in place. The authorization above is separate from general marketing consent and is limited to the Production and related casting activities.
