As part of the Houston Texans community outreach efforts, Texans players, Legends, Cheerleaders, and TORO will make appearances for non-profit organizations, schools and civic functions based on their availability. There must be a clear role for the Texans celebrity at the event (reading books, conducting drills, speaking on a specific topic, etc.) that impacts participants in a meaningful way.

Helpful Hint: It is highly recommended that an appearance by a Texans celebrity is not the focus of your event, but a complementary element to your program.

All requests for appearances must be submitted in writing at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event.

Please keep in mind: During the season, players are only available for appearances one day a week on a designated off day. The Texans are unable to fulfill any requests that conflict with football or Texans event schedules. Appearance requests during the offseason are limited due to the availability of players residing in Houston.
