Claim Instructions Overview

Confirm you have the winning raffle ticket by visiting www.houstontexans.com/5050, where the Houston Texans Foundation will post the results of each raffle drawing.

Email the following documents to the Foundation at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days after your purchase of the winning raffle ticket:
  • Photograph or photocopy of the winning ticket
  • Photograph or photocopy of a valid form of identification

Upon receipt and satisfactory review of the two items listed in Step 2, a Houston Texans Foundation representative will email the following documents to you:
  • Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver and Release of Liability, and Publicity Release
  • IRS Form W-9
  • IRS Form W-2G

The 50/50 Raffle Winner will receive their winnings through an online payment process which can take up to 2–4 weeks.
