Earlier this summer, through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, [J.J. Wattinternal-link-placeholder-0] surprised 9-year-old Will Martinez at his house for dinner and games in the yard. Watt also surprised Will with an invitation to OTAs, where he met players, coaches and broke down the huddle after practice.

On Tuesday, Will, who Watt invited back out to practice to celebrate the news of officially being cancer free after a three-year battle with leukemia, returned the favor. He had a surprise of his own.

To help aid Watt's recovery from back surgery, Will surprised the defensive end with a special care package containing all of Will's favorite things while he was going through chemotherapy, including ring pops, a CD of all his favorite songs, and a gift card to his favorite restaurant.

The package also included a note reading, "We've got your back."
