Breakfast: Big changes begin today at NRG Stadium

For the first time since the morning of January 1, the Texans are back together.

Offseason conditioning starts today at NRG Stadium, and the majority of the team is in house lifting weights, running and taking part in coordinated exercises.

Luke Richesson is the Senior Director of Sports Performance, and it'll be his first time in front of the team together. He's overseen an overhaul of the weight room facilities, and the Texans will get back to work under his direction.

The workouts are voluntary for the players.

Organized team activities (OTAs) start on Monday, May 21.
