Breakfast: DeAndre Hopkins hosts fan workout

One of the most common questions asked to NFL athletes is in regards to their workout regimen, how they stay fit and get in - what they call - football shape.

Well, what started with a spontaneous tweet from DeAndre Hopkins turned into over 50 local youth athletes working out with the All-Pro.

These kids ran routes, worked out and got one-on-one advice from Hopkins. So, the lesson learned here? Stay healthy, stay fit - but make sure to check the Texans social accounts every once in a while. You never know what fun experience you may get to be a part of!
