Four years ago, the Texans had the number one pick in the draft. Newly hired head coach Bill O'Brien and General Manager Rick Smith evaluated every player, but one stood out. Then South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney had an impressive combine performance, including running his 40-yard dash faster than most skill players.
