Just like the first day of school, the Texans reported back to NRG Stadium on Monday for the 2018 offseason workout program.
Phase 1 is just strength and conditioning – no coaching or playing football is allowed just yet – but that didn't stop players from showing their excitement for the start of 2018.
For the next two weeks, Players are allowed to work with strength and conditioning coaches only during Phase 1. For the complete offseason workout rules and schedule, click here.
