Houston Texans LUXE Member FAQ's Related to COVID-19

Will pre-season and regular season start on time?

We are preparing to play the 2020 NFL season as scheduled with increased protocols and safety measures for all players, personnel and attendees. We are prepared to make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in a safe and efficient manner. 

Will you play all home games at NRG Stadium with full capacity or will it be limited?

As previously stated we plan to play the 2020 NFL Season as scheduled but will continue to monitor the situation and will make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in a safe and efficient manner. We will continue to make decisions based on the latest advice of medical and public health officials, as well as in full compliance with current and future government regulations.

Will we be provided a refund if games do not take place in NRG Stadium?

We currently expect and are planning for a full Texans game schedule to be played at NRG Stadium in 2020. However, if a game is canceled and cannot be replayed, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, Luxe Members will have the option of a full refund or account credit. 

Will the number of suite tickets be reduced, assuming there are fans present at all?

It will be up to the Luxe Member to choose how they utilize their suite tickets. We will do not anticipate reducing the number of tickets provided for your suite. 

How will social distancing be managed at NRG Stadium?

We are currently working on our plans and procedures for hosting games and we will make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in as safe and efficient a manner as possible. We will continue to make decisions based on the latest advice of medical and public health officials, as well as in full compliance with current and future government regulations. We will inform Luxe Members well in advance of the game of any policy or procedure changes. Our primary focus will be protecting the health of our Luxe Members, their guests and all attendees.

How will catering for Luxe Members be adjusted to ensure a safe environment?

Our catering partner, Aramark, is working hard to update procedures and the menu to accommodate you and your clients, while ensuring all CDC requirements are strictly adhered to. 

What is being done to ensure the suite environment is safe and clean?

We are taking proactive measures, such as hiring a facility hygiene coordinator, to implement appropriate protocols as defined by the NFL and public health organizations to ensure the safety of our Luxe Members and their guests.

While we understand there are many unknowns during this time, we are refraining from predicting today what things will look like in the next few months.
