In Miami for the Pro Bowl

Texans TV's Drew Dougherty is in Mobile, Ala., for the Senior Bowl. I myself just arrived this evening in Miami for the 2010 Pro Bowl. The game, which kicks off on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. CT, features four Texans players.

I'll be here covering Andre Johnson, Matt Schaub, DeMeco Ryans, Mario Williams and Randi, who's representing the Texans Cheerleaders (I'll also be here next week for the Super Bowl, but that's a story for another day). We'll have articles, photos and videos on the Texans' Pro Bowlers from tomorrow through gameday.

The Pro Bowlers are all staying at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The AFC and NFC squads began practicing this morning at Fort Lauderdale's St. Thomas Aquinas High School. I'll be checking out the AFC practice there tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.

I've never been to Pro Bowl practices before, but I hear they're essentially walk-throughs. Still, a walk-through featuring the Texans' best players along with the likes of Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Darrelle Revis and Chris Johnson sounds pretty entertaining to me.
