Looking ahead: Jaguars to visit Texans | Daily Brew

The Texans are still searching for their first win of the 2020 campaign, and they'll look for it against the Jaguars this Sunday at NRG Stadium.

Jacksonville heads to town with three straight losses after opening the season with a win over Indianapolis.

The latest defeat was Sunday at Cincinnati, as the Bengals triumphed 33-25. Jacksonville's allowed 30 points or more in each of their three losses.

Offensively, quarterback Gardner Minshew has completed 72.1 percent of his passes for 1,138 yards, with eight touchdowns and four interceptions.

Running back James Robinson is averaging 4.8 yards per carry, and has found the end zone three times this season. Receiver D.J. Chark's been the recipient of three touchdown passes from Minshew, and he's leading the Jags receiving corps with 68 yards per game.

The defense has recorded four sacks this year, and Josh Allen's accounted for two of those. The Jaguars have picked off a combined three passes, as well.

In the turnover differential category, they're at minus-2 on the year, while the Texans are at minus-5.

The Jaguars haven't won in NRG Stadium since 2017. Houston's won 15 of the last 19 meetings with Jacksonville, and the last time they faced each other was in early November of 2019 in London. The Texans won that game, 26-3.

Kickoff is set for noon CT inside NRG Stadium.
