Wrapping up minicamp, and a FORCE gets recognized | Daily Brew

Minicamp concludes today, and with it, the Texans are finished with on-field work as a team until training camp starts in mid-July.

They'll get a month-and-change of time off, but they'll all stay in shape on their own during that break.

Yesterday we heard from three defensive linemen after practice: Will Anderson, Jr., Danielle Hunter and Denico Autry. That trio should present a unique set of challenges for opposing offenses in 2024, and it's one of many reasons Texans fans are amped about this fall.

Team Analyst/Radio Sideline Reporter John Harris and I discussed the pass rush possibilities for 2024, and you can check out that conversation below.

Jonathan Alexander of the Houston Chronicle had some thoughts on the Texans Wednesday minicamp, and he shared them HERE.

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs is excited about what's ahead this season in Houston, and Pro Football Hall of Famer John McClain detailed some of the goals on Diggs' plate. You can read that HERE.

Brian Baldinger is one of the most enjoyable follows on X/Twitter. His commentary on Texans linebacker/special-teamer Neville Hewitt below is fascinating. (Side-note: check out the blocking at the snap Hewitt does on the punt coverage plays.)
