From the press box - 3:15 p.m. ESTSchaub finds Daniels again, this time for a 7-yard TD that Daniels hauls in with 1-hand. Texans up 28-17 now with 2:29 left in 3rd.

From the press box - 2:53 p.m. ESTSchaub hits Jacoby Jones for a 23-yard scoring strike to make it 21-17 Texans. That's the third receiving TD of the season for Jones.

From the press box - 2:34 p.m. ESTAt the half, the Texans trail Cincinnati 17-14. A 50-yard Shayne Graham field goal as the second quarter expired put the Bengals up by 3.

From the press box - 2:00 p.m. ESTThe Texans answered Cedric Benson's 10-yard touchdown run with a Schaub-to-Slaton 38-yard touchdown pass. 14-7 Texans,

From the press box - 1:35 p.m. ESTSchaub kept a drive alive by scrambling and hitting David Anderson for 12 yards on a big 3rd down conversion. Steve Slaton has made some nice runs today. The tempo on the drive is very quick. On 3rd-and-4 at Bengals 16, Schaub found Walter for 3 yards, and the Texans went for it on 4th-and-1.Schaub's QB sneak was enough. Schaub threw a 12-yard TD pass to Owen Daniels on the next play, and Houston took the 7-0 lead with :48 left in opening quarter. Drive went 11 plays, 68 yards, for 5:34.

From the press box - 1:17 p.m. ESTMatt Schaub to Andre Johnson for a 59-yard gain on the Texans first play from scrimmage. He followed that with a 12-yard completion to Owen Daniels. Steve Slaton then gained 6-yards on a run. After a Bengals injury timeout, Schaub threw an incompletion into the end zone, was flushed out of the pocket for another incompletion, and Kris Brown's 28-yard field goal attempt was blocked.

From the press box - 1:09 p.m. ESTAfter allowing a first down, the Texans defense forces a Cincinnati punt. 1st-and-10 Texans on their own 12-yard line.

From the press box - 1:02 p.m. ESTThe Bengals won the coin toss and will receive to start the game. Before the National Anthem was sung, the Paul Brown Stadium crowd observed a moment of silence in honor of Vicki Zimmer, who died recently. She was the wife of Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer.
