Houston recognized for tailgating excellence

As if Mario Williams isn't winning enough awards, the Texans fans are getting some respect as well.

This article in the Houston Business Journal claims that Houston ranks "third among America's best football tailgating cities, trailing only Baltimore and Denver." This is according to rankings that are based on "ratings by several tailgating experts and sales data from sponsors KHV Industries and DIRECTV."

Impressive stuff. Fans ought to be proud. Unfortunately, I am stuck inside the stadium during pregame, but I can smell the grills from miles away on my drive to Reliant each Sunday for home games.

Keep up the good work!
