Johnson named to SN's All-Pro Team

Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson has been named to the Sporting News All-Pro Team for the second consecutive season, it was announced today. Johnson, who led the NFL with 1,569 receiving yards, already had been selected as a starter for the 2010 Pro Bowl and named the 2009 NFL Alumni Wide Receiver of the Year.

This season, Johnson became the second receiver in NFL history to lead the league in yards in consecutive seasons. He also became the second receiver ever to post consecutive 1,500-yard seasons. Johnson was the only Texans offensive player selected for SN's All-Pro Team.

SN's defensive All-Pro selections will be announced later in the week. The entire All-Pro team and other SN awards can be found in the latest edition of *Sporting News *Magazine, which will arrive later this week at all Barnes & Noble, Borders and Hudson Retail outlets.
