Mays is blazing fast?

USC safety Taylor Mays, unofficially, ran a 4.24 and a 4.34 in the 40-yard dash Tuesday at the Combine.

The Combine is almost finished, and the defensive backs ran the 40 today in Indianapolis.

Taylor Mays is the headliner, as **he clocked a 4.24** on one of his attempts. That's as fast as Titans' running back Chris Johnson ran it a couple years ago.

Speaking of Mays, **he's also the headliner in today's video** about the defensive backs. We saw him at the Senior Bowl, and after interviewing him there, his father came up to us and said to tell Brian Cushing hello. Mays and Cushing were roommates for awhile at Southern Cal.
