Running back Ryan Moats, who was released by the Texans last Thursday, has signed with the Minnesota Vikings.
"I'm honored to be a part of the team," Moats said, per Vikings.com. "I look forward to being a member of the team and working hard to help us get to the Super Bowl."
Moats was at Reliant Stadium on Tuesday afternoon clearing out his locker and saying goodbyes to some of his teammates. In Minnesota, he joins All-Pro Adrian Peterson, 2010 second-round draft pick Toby Gerhart and a stable of other runners in the Vikings' backfield. We wish him the best of luck.
