On Monday, the Texans will begin their 2010 Organized Team Activities (OTAs) at the Methodist Training Center, across the street from Reliant Stadium. The Texans' rookies will report to the facilities for the first time, and Gary Kubiak and his staff will get a chance to evaluate them on the practice field along with the rest of the team's veterans.
Cornerback Sherrick McManis, the Texans' fifth-round draft pick out of Northwestern, will not be in attendance because of his school's late graduation date. The rest of the team's nine draft picks should arrive in Houston on Sunday for physicals, media guide headshots and meetings.
There will be 14 OTA sessions in all leading up to the Texans' June 14-16 mini-camp. Training camp begins on July 30.
