Pro Bowl in the books, focus in South Florida rapidly shifts to Super Bowl

I came down to Fort Lauderdale from Houston on Wednesday afternoon to cover the four Texans players and Texans Cheerleader Randi at the 2010 Pro Bowl (check out all of our content from the week at the **2010 Pro bowl Central page**). It was a relaxed-but-busy few days, with daily practice and plenty of events to cover and, unfortunately, no time for me to hit the beach. I burn easier than a matchstick, though, so maybe that was a good thing.

I'll be sticking around here in South Florida for one more week. Pro Bowl festivities wrapped up with last night's game, which saw Texans quarterback Matt Schaub **win the MVP award** and lead the AFC to a 41-34 victory. Already, the focus in South Florida has completely shifted to the biggest spectacle in American professional sports, the Super Bowl.

In addition to reporting on some of the madness leading up to the big game between the Colts and Saints, I'll be helping out the NFL's PR staff during the week. It's an honor to be able to do it, and I can't wait to get started tomorrow morning.

A couple of links in the meantime:

The final edition of **2009 Texans Game Wallpaper**. The page features nine different Texans wallpaper photos from yesterday's Pro Bowl. Check them out and download them to your desktop today.

The **SportsRadio 610 blogs**. SR 610 has a big contingency down in South Florida, and they're already posted up on Radio Row. In fact, their broadcast table is right next to Jim Rome's in the NFL media center in Fort Lauderdale. Stay tuned to SR610 for a **wide variety of entertaining guests** throughout the week, and check out SR610's blogs from hosts Marc Vandermeer, John Lopez, Josh Innis and Rich Lord, all who are in Miami.
