The Houston Chronicle has reported that the Texans have **signed cornerback Deltha O'Neal and running back Andre Hall**. Texans coach Gary Kubiak said after Thursday's morning practice that the Texans were going to be working out a group of veteran cornerbacks and running backs because the team is dealing with injuries at both positions.
