Schaub, Randi and Draft stuff

Matt Schaub heads to the Pro Bowl next week, and Jerome Solomon and Richard Justice gave their thoughts on his inclusion.

Randi of the Houston Texans Cheerleaders is also a Pro Bowler. Here's how she's preparing.

Don't forget: tight end Joel Dreessen is answering questions FROM YOU via a live chat online today at 12:30 p.m.

Chad Reuter of CBSsports.com has his Risers and Fallers from the East-West Shrine game that's going on this week. Don't forget: we'll be in Mobile next week for the Senior Bowl. Reuter said that Brandon 'The Human Carnival' Carter, an o-lineman from Texas Tech, looked pretty good this week.

Before I was with the Texans I covered Carter and the Red Raiders for 4 years in Lubbock. He's one of the most athletic 300-plus pounders I've ever seen. This October when Tech thumped Nebraska in Lincoln, he did as good a job as anybody against Ndamukong Suh: 0 sacks allowed, although Suh did get 2 TFL's and 4 QB hurries. (Suh was still very disruptive on the day, but Carter held his own). The guy speaks a few different languages, is a student of the game, is also a student of WWE Wrestling, and was a pretty darned good O-lineman at Tech. I'm fascinated to see where Carter winds up in the Draft this April.

We'll keep on trying to provide Draft tidbits as much as possible from now through late April.
