UPDATE (Jan. 12, afternoon): The Ravens defeated the Steelers Saturday evening and the Buffalo Bills beat the Denver Broncos Sunday afternoon. As a result, the Houston Texans' Divisional Round opponent is set. Houston will travel to Kansas City to face the Chiefs.
The Texans were victorious on Saturday, and now they know they will be on the road to face the Kansas City Chiefs in the next round of the 2024 Playoffs presented by Houston Methodist. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m. CT on January 18 in Kansas City on ESPN/ABC.
Baltimore cruised to a 28-14 victory at home over the Steelers, while the Broncos fell to the Bills in Buffalo on Sunday afternoon.
Since Buffalo won Sunday, the Texans will head to Kansas City next week to face the top-seeded Chiefs. Houston is the fourth seed, with the Bills and Ravens as the second and third seeds. The Texans are the lowest seed remaining, and travel to Arrowhead Stadium.
A Broncos win would have put Houston in Baltimore.
