Quick Answers for Families
Do my kids need a ticket?
All guests need a ticket unless an event policy says otherwise. For Texans games, children under 2 enter free as a lap child. For non-Texans events, review that event's ticketing policy.
Can I bring a diaper bag?
Yes — diaper bags are welcome but must be clear (or use a clear resealable gallon bag) and are subject to inspection. Medically necessary items for baby and mom are allowed in a non-clear bag after screening.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. Check your stroller at any Guest Experience booth and keep aisles clear. Baby carriers and slings are welcome too.
Is there a quiet space for kids who need a break?
Yes. Our Texas Children's Sensory Room is available near Section 133. Additionally, sensory bags with noise-reducing headphones are available at our Guest Experience booths.

Kids Zone
On the BULLevard between Reliant Stadium and the Astrodome, both attractions open 2.5 hours before kickoff, with activities wrapping up 30 minutes before the game.

Helpful Tips for Parents
- Map your drive and anticipate traffic.
- Download the Houston Texans mobile app to receive real-time updates and save your tickets to your e-wallet.
- Arrive early to enjoy BULLevard activities like the Texas Children's TD Zone and skip long entry lines.
- Allow walking time from your parking spot to your seat.
- Enter the stadium early — no later than 30 minutes before kickoff — to avoid longer lines.
- Stop by a Guest Experience booth for any family assistance (including lost & found and accessibility needs) or to get your First Game. You can also pick up child/adult wristbands to help reunite your party if anyone gets separated.
