Where are Game Face Express locations available at NRG Stadium?
Game Face Express will be available i the West and East Club lobby, as well as the four Club corners on the 300 level.
Do I need to use Game Face Express?
It is not required! Enrollment is completely voluntary. You can still pull out your phone and use a digital ticket.
Can I use Game Face Express to pay for concessions, merchandise, or parking?
Game Face Express is ONLY available for entry to NRG Stadium, not for concessions, merch, or parking.
Do I have to re-enroll every game?
No! Enroll once and you are set unless you change your Ticketmaster account email address.
What type of events will Game Face Express be offered at?
Game Face Express will be exclusive to Texans home games beginning soon!
Once enrolled, are there any additional steps I need to take ahead of using Game Face Express?
No, once you have enrolled, there is no other action required.
Once I have enrolled, am I guaranteed entry to all Texans events?
No, you still need to have a ticket for the event you are planning to attend, however now you can keep your phone in your pocket and use your face to scan into games.
If I need to change my email, will I also need to create a new Game Face Express account?
Yes! Just as you enrolled in the system the first time, you will scan the QR code and re-enroll using your new email.
