Mobile Ticket Policy
The Houston Texans are excited to announce we are moving to mobile-only tickets and parking passes for the upcoming season. Printed game tickets and/or parking passes will no longer be sent to Season Ticket Members or Club Seat Members prior to the season.
"After significant consideration, we have decided to move our ticketing to all mobile for this season. We feel it is the most secure, flexible and efficient way for fans to access and use their tickets. This has been a trend in the industry over the last several years. Fans have become more accustomed to accessing tickets on their phones and after using this method last season, we felt now is the time to move to all mobile tickets, " said John Schriever, Senior Vice President of Ticketing and Event Services.
The transition to mobile ticketing has taken place throughout the League in recent years. The Texans are now joining nearly every NFL team as well as all local professional sports teams (Astros, Rockets, Dynamo and Dash) in making this move.
We have created a Mobile Ticket Guide on how to access/manage your season tickets and parking through your mobile device to help with this transition.
Your season tickets and parking are accessible through your Texans Account Manager via the Houston Texans Mobile App. If you have not downloaded the app, you can do so HERE.
Prior to the season, we will host multiple training opportunities to help guide fans who may not be familiar with mobile tickets. Details on training opportunities will be announced at a later date.
