All Texans individual tickets are mobile-only, there is no printing of PDF tickets. Manage them via the Texans app or online My Texans account. You will still receive your Season Ticket Member Booklet with your annual gift.
Terms and Conditions
Season Ticket Member hereby acknowledges that any rights granted hereunder are in the nature of a personal revocable license. The Houston Texans will use reasonable efforts to annually allocate and license seats but the Houston Texans reserve the right to revoke or restrict the sale of tickets, and the renewal of any season tickets, to any potential purchaser.

Change of Address
Address changes must be submitted in writing by the ticket owner of record to the Ticket Office. Send any address change requests to addresschanges@houstontexans.com. If the Season Tickets are registered to a business, the change of address is required on new company letterhead. It is the Season Ticket Member's responsibility to notify the Texans Ticket Office of any change in address to insure prompt delivery of tickets and correspondence.
Game Date / Time Changes
The Texans and the NFL reserve the right to change the date and/or starting time of the professional football game shown on the front of the game ticket. In the event of such a change, all the media will be alerted and emails will be sent to all season ticket members. No such change shall entitle the ticket holder to a refund of the purchase price for this or any other Texans ticket.
Baby / Infant Tickets
Every person, of the age 2 or over, needs a ticket for admittance to the stadium. Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket.
Playoff Tickets
Season Ticket Members automatically receive first priority for re-ordering their seats for post-season tickets. If the Season Ticket Member owns a PSL member, per their PSL agreement, they must purchase their 2019 playoff tickets or they will risk forfeiture of their PSL and will not be able to renew their tickets for the 2020 season. Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to purchase their playoff tickets through the Pay As We Play Plan.
